3 Simple Tricks to Stay Focussed

Do you lose Focus? Your answer is sometimes right? What if I told you there can be a way by which you can always stay focused. Will you be interested to find out? Well, the first thing you must remember is-

Why are you doing that thing? You will have to find the driving force. And grasp that driving force all the time.

Once you know a problem, then you can start working on the solution. So it is important to know what is the reason you are losing focus. Try to remove that element from your life. If you cannot, then find ways to ignore it.

Create a small window of a few minutes a day in which you can leave out all your devices and distractions & focus on yourself, your plans & the things you are working on. By doing this you will be able to justify your actions & identify your mistakes.
